Foodservice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 8 cup Vegetable stock
  • 3 tsp Ginger root, raw, julienne
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce, low sodium
  • 5 tbsp Shaohsing rice cooking wine
  • 8 tsp Black vinegar
  • 4 tsp Oil, sesame
  • 2 tsp Sugars

  • 4 tbsp julienne carrots
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • * Please use whatever products you have in your kitchen; plant-based ingredients are just what we have in ours.

Instructions:

  • Step 1.

    Heat veg stock over medium heat. Add ginger and bring to a simmer. Add soy, wine, vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and salt.

  • Step 2.

    Allow broth to become aromatic over medium heat (10 minutes).

  • Step 3.

    Add the carrots and the Hungry Planet Pork™ Gyoza and cook until tender (3 minutes). Add spinach and stir until wilted.

  • Step 4.

    Taste for seasoning. Add chili oil and cilantro if desired. Serve hot.
