Ingredients:

  • 16oz Hungry Planet Chicken™ Grilled StripsBuy Now
  • Vegan butter 4 tbsp 1.98 oz
  • McDONALD'S, Spicy Buffalo Sauce ~ 1/2 cup 4.00 oz
  • Flatbread rounds 4.0 ea 6.07 oz
  • Tomato products, canned, sauce, with onions ~ 1 cup 0 lb 6.48 oz
  • Vegan mozzarella cheese, shredded 1 cup 0 lb 4.00 oz
  • Corn, canned 3/4 cup 0 lb 3.60 oz
  • Onion, red, raw, sliced 1/4 cup 0 lb 0.85 oz
  • Cheese, parmesan, grated 1/2 cup 0 lb 1.76 oz

Instructions:

  • Step 1.

    Heat butter in pan over high heat.

  • Step 2.

    Sear Hungry Planet Chicken™ Grilled Strips with buffalo sauce (2 minutes). Set aside.

  • Step 3.

    Spoon tomato sauce on flatbread. Arrange mozzarella cheese, Hungry Planet Chicken™ Grilled Strips, corn, onions, and parmesan cheese on flatbread.

  • Step 4.

    Toast in 400°F oven until cheese has melted and flatbread is toasted (5-10 minutes). Serve hot.
