Foodservice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup canola oil
  • 1 lb Hungry Planet Chicken™ Grilled & DicedBuy Now
  • 4 tbsp vegan cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 tsp dijon mustard
  • 4 tbsp vegan sour cream
  • 4 oz hot pickled peppers, chopped
  • 4 tbsp scallion
  • 2 tbsp kosher salt
  • 4 flour 10” spinach flour tortillas
  • 2 cups spinach, raw
  • 12 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 ⅔ tbsp black pepper, ground

Instructions:

  • Step 1.

    Heat oil in a skillet over high heat. Add Hungry Planet Chicken™ Grilled & Diced and sear until golden brown (3 minutes). Set aside to cool slightly.

  • Step 2.

    Add vegan sour cream, hot peppers, scallions, salt, and cream cheese into the bowl, and mix. Add Hungry Planet Chicken™ Grilled & Diced and taste for seasoning.

  • Step 3.

    Toast wrap by heating it in a pan, or carefully and briefly toast directly on a gas burner. When toasted, spoon Hungry Planet Chicken™ Grilled & Diced mixture onto the wrap.

  • Step 4.

    Top with spinach, tomatoes and freshly ground black pepper.

  • Step 5.

    Tuck in the sides and roll up into a wrap. Cut in half or cut into 1- inch rounds for sharing. Serve cold or refrigerate and save for later.
