Foodservice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup canola oil
  • 1 pound Hungry Planet Chicken™ Grilled StripsBuy Now
  • 4 tablespoons vegan cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 4 tablespoons vegan sour cream
  • 4 ounce hot pickled peppers, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons scallion
  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 4 spinach flour tortillas, 10"
  • 2 cups spinach, raw
  • 12 ounce cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2⅔ tablespoons black pepper, ground

Instructions:

  • Step 1.

    Heat oil in a skillet over high heat. Add Hungry Planet Chicken™ and sear until golden brown, about 3 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly.

  • Step 2.

    Add vegan sour cream, hot peppers, scallions, salt, and cream cheese into the bowl, and mix. Add Hungry Planet Chicken™ and taste for seasoning.

  • Step 3.

    Toast wrap by heating it in a pan, or carefully and briefly toast directly on a gas burner. When toasted, spoon Hungry Planet Chicken™ mixture onto the wrap.

  • Step 4.

    Top with spinach, tomatoes, and freshly ground black pepper.

  • Step 5.

    Tuck in the sides and roll up into a wrap. Cut in half or cut into 1-inch rounds for sharing. Serve warm or refrigerate and save for later.
