  • 12 oz Hungry Planet Chicken™ Grilled StripsBuy Now
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 peaches, sliced thinly
  • 1 white peach, sliced thinly
  • 1 cup dried apricots, chopped
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup pistachios
  • ½ cup vegan feta
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, torn
  • 8 tablespoons of your favorite vegan vinaigrette (such as raspberry or balsamic)
  • 12 oz of spring mix, or your favorite salad blend
  • * Please use whatever products you have in your kitchen; plant-based ingredients are just what we have in ours.


  • Step 1.

    Heat oil over medium high heat in a large skillet. When the pan is hot, add Hungry Planet Chicken™ Grilled Strips, and cook for 8 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper and let cool.

  • Step 2.

    Add spring mix, peaches, nuts, dried fruit, and dressing into a large bowl and gently mix. Crumble vegan feta on top. Finish with Hungry Planet Chicken™ Grilled Strips and serve.

  • Step 3.

    Optional: For more stone fruit action, add plums, nectarines, or pluots into the mix.
