Preheat oven to 450°F. Form 1 lb Hungry Planet Italian Sausage™ into 12 equal meatballs. Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to a skillet and heat. Place the formed meatballs into the hot skillet and saute until golden. Keep warm.
Brush remaining 1 tbsp olive oil inside hollowed hoagie buns. Fill bottom of bun with ½ cup vegan mozzarella* and place buns open faced on baking sheet.
Bake hoagie rolls at 450° until cheese melts. Fill buns with hot tomato sauce, top with meatballs, top subs with more sauce and sprinkle with grated 6 tbsp vegan parmesan cheese*.
