  • 1 Tablespoon of Sesame Oil
  • 1 head of Bibb Lettuce or 16 Large Lettuce Leaves
  • ½ cup Carrots, shredded
  • ⅓ cup of cucumbers, shredded
  • ½ cup Radishes, finely chopped
  • ⅓ cup of crushed peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons of Cilantro, chopped
  • Basil, finely chopped
  • 1 cup of Thai Peanut Sauce


  • Step 1.

    Heat oil in a wok or skillet until hot. Arrange Hungry Planet Pork™️ Gyoza flat side down and cook until golden brown on one side. After golden brown on one side, add a few tablespoons of water to the skillet, cover and let steam for about 1 minute or until heated through.

  • Step 2.

    Separate lettuce leaves, top with gyoza and garnish with crushed peanuts, radish, carrots, and herbs. Serve with your favorite vegan peanut sauce or sweet chili sauce.
