Foodservice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 28 Hungry Planet Pork™ GyozaBuy Now
  • 4 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cup raw chopped carrots
  • 2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 4 tbsp Sambal Olek
  • 6 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup dry roasted, salted chopped peanuts
  • 4 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • * Please use whatever products you have in your kitchen; plant-based ingredients are just what we have in ours.

Instructions:

  • Step 1.

    Heat oil in pan on medium heat. Add Hungry Planet Pork™ Gyoza, flat side down. Allow Hungry Planet Pork™ Gyoza to sear (2 minutes).

  • Step 2.

    Add just enough water to cover the pan bottom, and cover to steam (4 minutes). Uncover when cooked through. Remove from pan and keep warm.

  • Step 3.

    Stir fry carrots and cabbage with sesame oil, sambal, and soy sauce until vegetables are just undercooked. Arrange on serving plate.

  • Step 4.

    Lay Hungry Planet Pork™ Gyoza on top of stir fried vegetables and garnish with chopped peanuts and cilantro.
