    Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz Hungry Planet Pork™ Thai MeatballsBuy Now
  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut Oil
  • 1 ⅓ C Onions, finely chopped
  • 2 ⅔ Tablespoons, Garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 cups of Cauliflower Rice, pre bought or 1 head of cauliflower, pulsed until finely chopped in a food processor
  • 4 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 4 cups of Asian Slaw, pre bought
  • 1 cup Vegan Stir Fry Sauce
  • 1 ⅓ teaspoons of sesame seeds
  • Cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  • Step 1.

    Heat oil in a large nonstick saute pan. Arrange Hungry Planet Pork™ Thai Meatballs and allow to sear about 2 minutes on each side. Set aside when warmed through.

  • Step 2.

    Mix vegan stir fry sauce and hot Hungry Planet Pork™ Thai Meatballs. Hold somewhere warm while making the cauliflower rice.

  • Step 3.

    Heat oil over high heat. Add onion and garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add cauliflower rice and mix to coat. After 3 minutes, add Asian slaw mix and soy sauce and toss to stir fry. Cook until cauliflower is cooked through. Taste for seasoning.

  • Step 4.

    Scoop cauliflower rice into a bowl and arrange Hungry Planet Pork™ Thai Meatballs on top. Garnish with sesame seeds, and cilantro. Serve warm.
