  • 1 pound Hungry Planet Pork™ Plant-Based GroundBuy Now
  • 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
  • 2 cups barbecue sauce
  • 4 sub sandwich rolls
  • 1½ cups coleslaw
  • * Please use whatever products you have in your kitchen; plant-based ingredients are just what we have in ours.


  • Step 1.

    Preheat the oven to 425°F. Break 1 lb Hungry Planet Pork™ into irregular pieces and place on an oiled baking sheet.

  • Step 2.

    Season with 2 tsp seasoning salt and place into a 425°F oven for 8-10 minutes. Turn the oven down to 350°F.

  • Step 3.

    Mix roasted pork with 2 cups barbecue sauce. Place in a baking pan, cover and bake for 20-30 minutes at 350°F or until heated through.

  • Step 4.

    Split 4 sub sandwich rolls and toast lightly. Fill with pulled pork and top with 1 ½ cups coleslaw (approximately ⅓ cup on each sandwich).
