Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 lb Hungry Planet Beef™Buy Now
  • 4 tbsp onion, diced
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 pt oat milk
  • 2 1/4 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 cups macaroni noodles, dry
  • 2 cups plant-based cheddar cheese, shredded
  • * Please use whatever products you have in your kitchen; plant-based ingredients are just what we have in ours.

Instructions:

  • Step 1.

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until lightly smoking and add the Hungry Planet Beef™ . Break into smaller pieces and saute for 2 minutes. Add onions and saute for 2 minutes.

  • Step 2.

    Add tomato paste, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, kosher salt, sugar, chili powder, black pepper, and flour. Stir all ingredient to combine.

  • Step 3.

    Stir oat milk and vegetable stock until smooth and bring to a simmer.

  • Step 4.

    Add dry elbow macaroni, cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in shredded vegan cheddar cheese and garnish with parsley.
