  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 12 ounce Hungry Planet Chicken™ Plant-Based GroundBuy Now
  • 9 ounce buffalo sauce
  • 3 cups macaroni noodles, dry
  • 4½ tablespoons butter
  • 1⅓ quart almond milk
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1¼ cup cheddar cheese
  • 6 teaspoons salt
  • 3 teaspoons pepper

  • Step 1.

    Heat butter over high heat and cook Hungry Planet Chicken™, breaking up into small pieces while allowing to sear for about 3 to 4 minutes. Add buffalo sauce and stir to combine. Allow sauce to caramelize slightly, for 1 to 2 minutes. Set aside.

  • Step 2.

    Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to the time instructed on the box or until al dente. Make sauce while cooking pasta. Drain when pasta is done.

  • Step 3.

    Heat butter over medium heat. Add milk and warm it while stirring occasionally. Add cheese ⅓ at a time, allowing cheeses to melt before adding more, saving some to sprinkle on top of pasta. When the sauce is melted, add cooked and drained pasta. Stir, taste for seasoning, and season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 4.

    Pour pasta into a heatproof serving dish, top with the buffalo chicken, sprinkle with extra shredded cheese, and broil just until cheese has melted, about 30 seconds. Serve hot.
