  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice sake
  • 1½ tablespoons raw ginger
  • 2½ cups Hungry Planet Chicken™ Plant-Based GroundBuy Now
  • ½ cup potato flour
  • ¼ teaspoon Kosher Salt

  • Step 1.

    Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  • Step 2.

    Combine soy sauce, sake, and ginger.

  • Step 3.

    Mix soy sauce mixture with Hungry Planet Chicken™. Pull the chicken into irregular pieces.

  • Step 4.

    Toss with potato flour. Deep fry in oil for 2 to 3 minutes or until crisp.

  • Step 5.

    Season immediately with salt.
