Foodservice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded raw carrots
  • 2 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup vegan plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Louisiana hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 4 Hoagie Rolls
  • 4 Hungry Planet Crispy Chicken™

Instructions:

  • Step 1.

    Mix all ingredients for the spicy slaw. Taste for seasoning. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  • Step 2.

    Reheat Hungry Planet™ Crispy Chicken in oven at 350°F until hot (15-18 minutes) while also heating hoagie.

  • Step 3.

    Slice hoagie, and top with Hungry Planet™ Crispy Chicken and Spicy Slaw. Serve warm.
