In a large bowl, combine 1/2 cup soy sauce, 4 tbsp brown sugar, 4 tsp sesame oil, 2 tsp sambal olek, 2 tsp minced garlic, and 2 tbsp grated ginger. Reserve this sauce for step 4.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium high heat. Add 1 qt vegetables and 2 tbsp water. Cook until tender crisp, 3-5 minutes. Season with salt & pepper. Remove from pan.
Add drizzle of oil to the empty stir fry pan and heat until smoking. Add crumbled Hungry Planet Beef™. Saute until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
Stir sauce into beef and heat thoroughly. Add vegetables to the beef and mix, or serve beef and vegetables side-by-side.
