  • 4 tbsp of olive oil (Sprouts)
  • 12 oz Hungry Planet Chicken™ Grilled StripsBuy Now
  • 2 cups of quinoa, cooked and drained (Sprouts)
  • 1 ½ cups of chickpeas (Sprouts)
  • 1 ½ cups of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup sliced red bell pepper
  • ¼ Cup of banana peppers
  • 3/4 cup vegan feta, crumbled
  • 4 cups of Spinach (Sprouts)
  • 1 Tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup of Greek Vinaigrette
  • 4 flour 10” flour tortillas, or wraps
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  • Step 1.

    Heat oil in a skillet over high heat. Add Hungry Planet Chicken™ Grilled Strips and sear until golden brown (3 minutes). Set aside to cool slightly.

  • Step 2.

    Add chickpeas, lemon juice and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

  • Step 3.

    In a large bowl mix together Hungry Planet Chicken™ Grilled Strips and chickpea mixture with vegan feta, Greek vinaigrette, quinoa, cherry tomatoes, and peppers.

  • Step 4.

    Toast wrap by heating it in a pan, or carefully and briefly toast directly on a gas burner. When toasted, spoon mixture onto the wraps and top with spinach.

  • Step 5.

    Tuck in the sides and roll up into a wrap. Cut in half or cut into 1- inch rounds for sharing. Serve cold or refrigerate and save for later.
