  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1lb Hungry Planet Pork™ Plant-Based GroundBuy Now
  • 1/4 cup Chili Crunch Sauce
  • 4 tbsp smooth salted peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce, low sodium
  • 3 tbsp packed brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp black vinegar
  • 1lb chinese noodles, boiled according to package
  • 4 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
  • 4 tsp toasted sesame seeds, sesame seeds
  • * Please use whatever products you have in your kitchen; plant-based ingredients are just what we have in ours.


  • Step 1.

    Heat oil over high heat and sear Hungry Planet Pork™️ until crispy (5 minutes). Set aside.

  • Step 2.

    Mix all ingredients for Dan Dan Sauce together.

  • Step 3.

    Boil noodles according to instructions. Save some of the cooking water and add to the sauce to create a medium thick consistency.

  • Step 4.

    When noodles are cooked, add to the bowl. Add sauce and crispy pork over noodles. Garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds. Mix noodles well before eating.
