Foodservice Recipe


  • 1 tsp Canola Oil
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil (salad or cooking)
  • 6 oz Hungry Planet Pork™
  • ¼ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • ½ tsp Raw Garlic (minced)
  • ¾ tsp Raw Ginger Root (minced)
  • 3 tbsp Scallion Onions (chopped)
  • 1 lb Medium-Grained White Rice (cooked)
  • 1 ⅓ cup Frozen Peas and Carrots
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Vegan Egg (scrambled and chopped)

Hungry Planet Pork™


  • Step 1.

    Combine the canola and sesame oil. Heat half of the oil over high heat.

  • Step 2.

    Break the Hungry Planet Pork™ into bite-size pieces and stir-fry in the smoking hot oil until lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Remove from pan.

  • Step 3.

    Add remaining oil to pan. Add red pepper flakes, garlic, ginger, and scallions. Stir-fry for one minute.

  • Step 4.

    Add cooked rice and stir-fry until rice is hot.

  • Step 5.

    Add peas and carrots, soy sauce, chopped scrambled vegan egg, and the stir-fried pork. Stir-fry until hot.
