  • 16 oz pasta (fettuccine)*
  • 5 tbsp Gochujang sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp canola oil
  • ¼ cup ginger root

  • ½ cup sliced onion
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • Step 1.

    Boil 16 oz pasta, drain, toss with 3 tbsp canola oil and set aside.

  • Step 2.

    Combine 5 tbsp Gochujang sauce and 2 tsp sugar in a small bowl.

  • Step 3.

    On a hot wok or skillet, stir fry ¼ cup ginger root for 30 seconds. Add 16 oz Hungry Planet Pork™ and stir fry for about 3 minutes, breaking up meat with a spatula. Cook a little longer to achieve a crispy texture.

  • Step 4.

    Add the bean sauce. Cook until mixed thoroughly. Stir in the noodles, ½ cup onions, and 1 tsp sesame oil. Cook two more minutes until noodles are hot. Serve immediately.
