Foodservice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 16 ounce pasta, fettuccine
  • 5 tablespoons Gochujang sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • ¼ cup ginger root
  • 16 ounce Hungry Planet Pork™ Plant-Based GroundBuy Now
  • ½ cup sliced onion
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions:

  • Step 1.

    Boil 16 ounce pasta, drain, toss with 3 tablespoons of canola oil, and set aside.

  • Step 2.

    Combine 5 tablespoons of Gochujang sauce and 2 teaspoons of sugar in a small bowl.

  • Step 3.

    On a hot wok or skillet, stir fry ¼ cup ginger root for 30 seconds. Add 16 ounce Hungry Planet Pork™ and stir fry for about 3 minutes, breaking up meat with a spatula. Cook a little longer to achieve a crispy texture.

  • Step 4.

    Add the bean sauce. Cook until mixed thoroughly. Stir in the noodles, ½ cup onions, and 1 teaspoon sesame oil. Cook 2 more minutes until noodles are hot. Serve immediately.
