In a medium bowl mix 1 ½ cups Hungry Planet Pork™, 4 tbsp ginger, 2 cups coleslaw mix, 1 ¼ tbsp hot and sour paste, and 1 ⅔ cups cilantro.
Place 1.5 oz of filling on a spring roll wrapper. Roll very tight and use water to seal the wrapper.
Heat oil in a pot until 350°F. Deep fry spring rolls in oil for 2-4 minutes or until golden.
