  • 1½ cups Hungry Planet Pork™ Plant-Based GroundBuy Now
  • 4 tablespoons ginger root, minced
  • 2 cups Coleslaw mix
  • 1¼ tablespoons hot and sour paste
  • 1⅔ cups cilantro, chopped
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • * Please use whatever products you have in your kitchen; plant-based ingredients are just what we have in ours.


  • Step 1.

    In a medium bowl mix 1½ cups Hungry Planet Pork™, 4 tablespoons ginger, 2 cups coleslaw mix, 1¼ tablespoons hot and sour paste, and 1⅔ cups cilantro.

  • Step 2.

    Place 1½ ounce of filling on a spring roll wrapper. Roll very tight and use water to seal the wrapper.

  • Step 3.

    Heat oil in a pot until 350°F. Deep-fry spring rolls in oil for 2 to 4 minutes or until golden.
