Foodservice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups Hungry Planet Pork™
  • 4 tbsp ginger root, minced
  • 2 cups Coleslaw mix
  • 1 ¼ tbsp hot and sour paste
  • 1 ⅔ cups cup cilantro chopped
  • 12 wonton wrappers

Instructions:

  • Step 1.

    In a medium bowl mix 1 ½ cups Hungry Planet Pork™, 4 tbsp ginger, 2 cups coleslaw mix, 1 ¼ tbsp hot and sour paste, and 1 ⅔ cups cilantro.

  • Step 2.

    Place 1.5 oz of filling on a spring roll wrapper. Roll very tight and use water to seal the wrapper.

  • Step 3.

    Heat oil in a pot until 350°F. Deep fry spring rolls in oil for 2-4 minutes or until golden.
