In a medium bowl mix 1½ cups Hungry Planet Pork™, 4 tablespoons ginger, 2 cups coleslaw mix, 1¼ tablespoons hot and sour paste, and 1⅔ cups cilantro.
Place 1½ ounce of filling on a spring roll wrapper. Roll very tight and use water to seal the wrapper.
Heat oil in a pot until 350°F. Deep-fry spring rolls in oil for 2 to 4 minutes or until golden.
