Heat 2 tbsp safflower oil in large stock pan. Add Hungry Planet Beef™ and brown. Add in 2 bell peppers, 1 onion, 1 zucchini and continue to saute until vegetables are cooked through.
Add remaining ingredients (36 oz tomato sauce can, ¼ cup yellow mustard, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, ¼ cup brown sugar, 3 tbsp oz maple syrup, 1 tsp sea salt and cook over medium/low heat for 30-40 minutes.
Scoop onto slider buns and keep warm or serve hot.
